The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and preferred currency (MYR). You will also be required to select a username and password. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 and the maximum single-transaction deposit is RM30,000, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. mb888 does not charge deposit fees; however, fees imposed by third-party payment processors are outside our control and may apply.

Processing times are as displayed at the point of transaction — e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically instant; FPX and bank transfer deposits may take 5 to 15 minutes.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. mb888 processes withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 business days, subject to verification checks. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to fund your Account or to a verified bank account in your legal name. mb888 reserves the right to require additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

• Funds deposited via a specific payment method must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests are processed, unless explicitly waived in writing by mb888.

All bonuses are subject to specific promotion terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General provisions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. New accounts must complete KYC before bonus funds are credited to the withdrawable balance.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible new account. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts will be treated as multi-accounting in breach of these Terms.
